You see the error message "Failed to connect to database. An underlying database error occurred. Class not registered." when trying to read data from Excel or Access files. Save your data into a CSV file and then import it

Provide your license server administrator with the following information: Error Code = -15 Are you trying to use ArcGIS Off-Campus?
If so, you need to request a ArcGIS for Desktop Off-Campus license.
If you are On-Campus follow 'Other Licensing Issues' below.

ArcGIS for Desktop is running slowMake sure that your data is stored on a Local Disk Drive and not a Network Locaion.
