The people within the ANU ArcGIS Forum also have a lot of knowledge of the ArcGIS products. Joining the community may have the benefit of being able to resolve challenging issues.
If further help is need, you should contact your Local IT Support team to further diagnose the issue. (You may need to submit a Service Desk ticket.) If they are unable to help, they might be able to escalate the issue.
