If your ANU-owned Windows computer is managed by the Fenner School, you'll find ArcGIS Pro in Software Center. Everything else below is not relevent to you, and you should ignore it.

Otherwise, if you have an ANU-owned Windows computer, and log on to that Windows computer using your UniID [uXXXXXXX] and matching password, it is probably managed by ITS. If this is the case, you should be able to find ArcGIS Pro in Company Portal.

  1. Open Company Portal from the Start Menu, and log in with your ANU credentials if requested to do so.
  2. Once you've logged in to Company Portal, you can find ArcGIS Pro by typing "ArcGIS" into the search box (highlighted below). Screen soht of Company Portal

  3. Company Portal will return several results. You want to select ArcGIS Pro (Named User license) (shown below).

  4. Once the install page for ArcGIS Pro (Named User license) appears (see below), click on the Install button to start the installation process. This may take some time.
